How can I cancel my room reservation?

You can cancel your reservation up to 2 days prior to you arrival date at no charge. For cancellations received less than 2 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to charge the following cancellation charges:

Up to 2 days prior to arrival = 80% of the total price will be assessed

All cancellations or modifications must be made in writing.

When can I check in, when can I check out?

Check in starts at 4 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to check out before 10 am, so we can prepare the room for new arrivals. Depending on the occupancy, you can book a late check-out at an additional cost.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are allowed, but a prior registration is required. We charge 10.00 € per dog per night.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay in cash, by bank transfer in advance or with your debit/credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex).

When will my reservation be valid?

Your reservation is effective as soon as you receive our booking confirmation by e-mail/fax/mail/telephone.

How long are the prices valid?

As soon as a new price list is posted, the previous price list loses its validity.
